In terms of just pure Flex? 150.
In terms of getting the Superstar points needed? 0 to 1800 depending on free player slots, and how fast you want to acquire said points.
In terms of total cost at Vet? 600 for a fully completed dot. (You should be using a free slot on a Star HB so you should only be paying for caps)
