5. Hattgenstein Volunteers (5) "The Vols have become known for hot starts to the season and then fade late".
6. Nassau Nightmare (6) "Someone has to finish last and this is by no means a sure bet. Nassau is only here based on the Vols success against them head to head the past few seasons". Vols went 2-0 against Nassau this season and that was the difference.
East

1. Militia vs 4 Shoreline
Militia beat Shoreline by at least 3 scores in their 2 match-ups this season. Shoreline could go on another run to the title but I think they will come up short.
Militia 34-28
2. Phrenzy vs 3. Chiefs
Charlestown is 2-0 against Philly. They just smashed them 55-31 and had an early season 2 point win at Philly. The Phrenzy have home field advantage but I am picking the Chiefs to win on a late FG.
Charlestown 27-24
1. SCK vs 4. Chaos
SCK led the league in wins but at times showed it is possible to hang with them. They were in four 3 point games and went 2-2 in those close match-ups. They did however beat the Ransom by a combined 124-24 in their 2 games. I foresee more of the same. Which of course has nothing to do with this game, I am not changing the write up. LolEast

Very strange season for Granite Peak. 9-7 is not where I saw them finishing. Wins over teams like the Chiefs and Militia show they are capable of winning this league. Losses to non playoff teams like GCC and Hattgenstein make you think otherwise. They do however own Chaos and destroyed them by a combined 159-31. Which of course has nothing to do with this game but I'm not changing the write up!
Grizzlies 68-24

Congrats to both teams for making the finals. I believe this will be a 3-peat for SCK if they.....when they win.

Pulled this gem from the preseason edition.
"Down go the champs! After constant improvement and close calls against SCK Granite Peak finally gets over the hump. This win will come after SCK goes 2-0 against them in the regular season and one of those wins will be by 24+'.
SCK went 2-0 with one win by 37 and the 2nd by 8. 45 points in the 2nd qtr the 2nd game! My team can't score 45 in 2 games.
