I'd really like to see us make Trailing Tactics a permanent swap of the tactics, rather than just so long as the trailing condition is met.
Currently they're only really useful to set the trailing score very low, such as 9 in an attempt to change some stuff up to normalize your morale before a true spiral sets in and get your regular book to work.
But if you have your trailing tactics set to 20 points for instance, forget about it.
Even if it's a wildly successful swap of tactics, you'll score once and abandon the book again until you again fall too far behind.
