They have a solid team but it was some lucky breaks in second half as well.

OFFICIAL UNIVERSITY RANKINGS AFTER WEEK TWO


1. FFG - Last Rank 1st - 2-0 so far without allowing a point through 2 games. A convincing start to the season but tougher games ahead.

2. Midnight Marauders - Last Rank 3rd - A very convincing week one win against Nebraska moved them up a spot in the rankings but with games coming up against FFG, DF and BC Lions, they will have to battle to stay there.

3. BC Lions - Last Rank 2nd - 2-0 so far but did have a hiccup against a solid PVAC squad. Rushing attack looks solid and their passing YPA is going to start getting noticed.

4. Texas Road Dogs - LR 12th - Disrespected and angry about it, the Road Doggies took out their anger on their first two opponents emerging with convincing wins over PVAC and Playmakers. The next game pits the 3 and 4 seeds and something has to give. Brimming with confidence, the Dogs are making this Guaranteed Win day.

5. Mini Chiefs LR 10th - Another team that began the season down the pecking order but with two solid wins against the Wasps and Playmakers, the Mini Me's are making a strong push to be relevant. Up next though is a tough 5 game stretch against PVAC, TRR, BC Lions, NB and DF.

6 Drumm Farm LR 8 - Had 2 very tough games to begin the season but after being shut out by the Pussy Cat Dolls, the Farm plowed the field all day long against the reeling Blackshirts, crushing them 26 to 0 to jump up the boards. Wanted to rank them higher but a loss is a loss and so rank below the undefeated Elites.

7. PVAC Gofers LR - 7th - Starting the season 0-2 is rough but pushed the Lions to the Limit with timely scores on defense and special teams and did battle the Road Dogs tough. Have a strong chance to win their next four games.

8. Miami Farm Team (Uni2) LR - 9th - Won both their games against inferior opponents and at least showed up. That allows them to stay in the top ten.

9. Whisky Bent (Uni2) - LR 14th ... A very impressive win against the Frenzy and an easy win over a nobody is a solid start for the University 2 squad. Deserve to be ranked ahead of some of the disappointing 'Elite' squads.

10. Heidelberg Spartans (Uni2) - LR unranked. So impressed with this teams start that they get both names mentioned now. Sure they played nobody at all yet but 219 points scored and just 17 points allowed at least is positive.


11. WLE NY Nightmare (Uni2)- LR 13th 2-0 start to the season including a hard fought battle against the Panthers. At least I know Ken and ZZ won't allow their team to be a joke so they get the final spot in the top-11

Don't Care How embarrassing their sad sack bunch of dots look each week

12. Nebraska Blackshirts LR 4th - Sure they played two tough games but no wins, 3 points scored and 61 points against? Eastern Teams are dominant? Bla bla bla! That's simply embarrassing and with FFG this upcoming game, hard to believe they can right the ship.

13. KC Playmakers LR 5th - Officially changed their team name to the Pacemakers after two embarrassing non-efforts, outscored 41 to 14. We all know they love to Rope a Dope as they did last year but perhaps this start is just a sign of 'Too Much Dope!'

14. Lincoln Navigators LR 6th - Did earn a win against a nobody team but then were embarrassed and left for dead outside their own stadium following a brutal 65 to 0 beatdown against the kitties. World League Legend, only care top, bla bla bla.. Grow a pair as 65 to 0 losses are bloody embarrassing for a 'Legend'

15. Sea Wasps LR 11th- I expect more out of Theo at OC even if the rest don't care two shits right now. Do better Theo. 66 to 7 is not acceptable in Elite.



16+. Farming Frenzy, Black Panthers need to show more to be including in the top 15.

We threw the ball at our blocking WRs most of the preseason. Kind of fun watching the ball DOINK off their helmets.

Now if I can just keep Brewnoe sober enough that we don't do it in the playoffs.
