Bad market. 
I had to stow mine on a CPU team for 2 seasons before he found a home. Funny thing? Won a Ship with that CPU team.

It is evident:
Independent teams tend to drop the ball consistently; Hence why they are independent. If you don't draw people into your inner-circle or at least into your sphere of influence, you will remain limited to mediocrity or a one-and-done type of scenario. I have observed a number dots from agents who consistently build WL-quality dots, go unpursued this off-season, by the self proclaimed 'independent'.
If you close your eyes and swing the bat, you have a better chance at a hit, than those who stand wide eyed, but never take a swing. Nothing profound here, just a little common sense, which is not so common in today's daily routine
