Honestly, it doesn't matter. I was so pissed Midnight lost in the play offs before we got to face them. My only motivating factor about this is fairness. Yours is obviously about having an easy path. Stop being so scared of being in the same conference as us or Nebraska or Midnight. Its unbecoming.
Frankly, if this is how you feel about fair competition, maybe you should go ahead and move back to #2 this season, and just get it over with. You're bound to end up back there eventually in any event.

I like Midnight. I consider them friendly good people. I consider them our biggest rivals right now and frankly and unfortunately our only true competition. I'm pretty sure they see us as the only team that gives them competition so far also. I wish one of you guys could compete but alas you can't. Maybe one day. Until then the only fair thing to do is put the two teams that have yet to lose a game to anyone in opposite conferences. Anyone who pays attention knows this is true. You guys want a shot at us? You should be happy for us to switch conferences then.
You know, I felt kind of bad at first because if we don't move, one of you teams has a chance to win a trophy you'd never win otherwise.
