I know it's been said before but I just wanted to bring it up again.

This would be a huge help especially to teams who are just starting out and trying to get situated. Often times I'll have the SP, but not the right teams to face.

Please just take my money and let me scrimmage the CPU team. I pinky promise it'll make you guys richer. In addition to that I'll be able to plan out my team better. It really is just a win win.

**Scrimmage I'm sorry.

This was something I thought was a good idea too. But, as I think about it, I prefer people scrimmaging against my teams than going against CPU. I like watching the games when I have time and you should get better idea of how good your team is when you face a human opponent (even though you're getting their basic offense and defence).

I'm not sure if finding an opponent is an issue when you click to search for one but, if it is, do what I do. I've copied and saved the link to scrimmage a team. When you want to play, paste it in the browser, change the number of the team you want to play and hit enter.

That should bring up the game (unless there's an opponent's setting which prevents it) and you don't have to rely on the list of 'available' teams. (I post this because, sometimes, I can't find the team I want to play on the available list even though they should be there)

I think, for the most part, owners understand you're not spamming them with games to be a jerk, but the above solution should give you more options of teams to play than might seem available.

I also made a thread about this, sometimes as a rookie team all you can find is Soph and Journey teams to scrimmage which puts the rookie team at an SP disadvantage, and if you're a new owner really doesn't help you at all.

True. It there are few or no teams at your level to scrimmage then I can see needing to play CPU teams.

So for people who don't know, you can force scrimmages against anyone you want - providing their settings will allow for you to scrim them.

So for instance with Hanna Barberic one of my options was Bay Area's Best Builds.

Well even if I don't want to scrimmage them I can click Schedule Game on them. Take the URL and replace the Team ID with the ID of the team I want to scrim and that will pull up their game instead.

For instance, if I wanted to scrimmage my other team, RIF - I'd just adjust the URL to

And I can scrim them instead now.

This doesn't let you scrim CPUs still, but it does make sure you have more than the base options it wants to hand you so you have a higher chance of finding an appropriate scrim partner.
