When do you start getting them, is it 1 day old, or something random like day 10

They're supposed to be random right from creation but I haven't seen one on any of my new dots either.

Deletion and recreation of dots until you get one with a lotta breakthroughs? (and the exploit being that it's scriptable?) idk

Yeah, Myth's reroller. Made thousands of players at a time and bogged the servers. Basically like a DDoS Attack

if you are multi training and receive one, is it to the primary or all 4 of them?

can be anyone of four, not all of them.

I have heard people say that you can still get training breakthroughs before Day 4 if you use the auto train, but I don't know if this is true or a myth.
