GG KC.
Deja vu all over again, Marauders and Felines met up at 5-0 in Week 6 in Rookie ball too.

Funny, that! Week 6 again? Hopefully for us we get a different result... but is not the biggest deal yet cuz this isn't the big one- It'd be fitting if we play for all the chips on the last day of the season, since both our teams have been in first place from day one of rookie. In that case, this game would be for home field advantage. That's always a good thing

Right to the wire, and then some. GG FFG.
GG. Feel like we really should've won that one but there's no way anyone is going to beat you turning the ball over, giving up return TDs and missing extra points. I think that's the first OT game we've ever lost. You had us all gassed at the end. Good game.

My Utterly Boring Tourney Predictions
Yep, I'm predicting zero upsets. Boring and probably wrong.
# 1 Marauders over #7 Chiefs in a close matchup, in our 3 matchups during rookie only one game was decided by > 2 scores, although that 28-0 was the tourney game. Gap in training values proves too much here. (505 > 472)
#3 Lions over #6 Wakanda in a close game. Wakanda went 3-0 versus them in rookie, and has struggled vs the pass not the run. I still think Lions training gap is too much to overcome. I'd pick this one as a rout, if Lion's had a recTE on the roster, with how badly Wakanda has suffered covering them. (491 > 476)
#4 FF Generals over #8 Wildcats in a rout. This has already played out this season, and Snoqualmie seems to be in no cares mode. (485 > 462)
#2 Nebraska over #5 Miami in a close one. This one was the hardest pick for me, and going off the training values - should be the closest matchup. Miami feels like the upset pick to make, but I think they fall just short on the strength of husker's D. (491 > 482)
GL to all in the tourney today. Also, seedings based on training values ONLY here, don't take any insult from them, they aren't necessarily where I'd rank them including coaching.

#1 Marauders over #7 Chiefs in a close matchup. <- Wrong on the close part, 62-0, Chiefs held the pass game in check well, but all the rushers were 10+ ypc on the day. Will face a sneaky Wakanda team in the next round, that's killed off two higher training value teams now, in PVAC and Lions.
#3 Lions over #6 Wakanda in a close game. <- 3-12, I was right about close, wrong about the winner. Neither team got anything going on the ground. Wakanda passed well enough to move the ball into FG range repeatedly, albeit fairly long FG range for this age group. Wakanda's K an impressive 3 for 3 from 40-49.
#2 Nebraska over #5 Miami in a close one. <- 12-10, late forced fumble and Nebraska milks the clock down to 1 second, kicking the chip shot for the come from behind W.
#4 FF Generals over #8 Wildcats in a rout. <- Got a late time slot, hasn't been played yet. Winner gets #2 Nebraska.

Our regular season match ups, you played us really tough ... I'm not one of those "tourney uses a different sim" conspiracy theorists, but it does seem odd. GL in Prep 2, looking forward to the rematch when we get mashed back together in Uni.
