I'd say if support doesn't work (it usually does) your best bet is to contact DD straight away. I can try to get your ticket escalated... but, I'd have to say no promises...

i legitimately think 40 were all inactive orange/red around the exact same time, at the time. i know some made their way onto my team too, can't police everything, but definitely illustrates how dead the game is
