how to increase the percentage of gains with each training?

I already bought all the stars, there is no more to buy and my percentage of gain per training only decreases with each training session

That's because as your attributes increase your train percentages decrease

pretty much this, but to be a little more specific, with you QB for instance, when first created, throwing may be 27 and your training gains may be 75% intense, 50% normal, and 25% light. As you train them and your throwing goes up, those training gains will go down, so when you have throwing trained up to 30 from 27, now your training gains may be 70% hard, 45% normal, and 20% light. (%'s just random for example purposes and not accurate for attribute at 27)

Buying training enhancements can lessen the effect, but as your attribute goes up, your training percentages will still drop.

^^^ this. Plus, due to the HUGE costs in BT's to take even 1 skill to 5 star enhancement, it's just not worth it... usually. I've taken one skill and 5 star'd it for a couple of extreme builds I tried but it has a negative effect by the end of the build. I did this with an extreem speed WR build and I lost +3 in skill bonus and whatever extra bonus I could've gotten because I could only get 3 AEQ due to the loss of all those extra BT's and the extra time it took me to get that many BT's to enhance the skill that high. 3 Stars is mostly what most dot builders go for. There use to be several posts on the differences between the number of training enhancements and whether or not it's worth it. General consensus was 3 worked best. I've been doing 3 stars for a long time now and it does seem to work out the best... plus I end up with 4 AEQ instead of 3 which is another +3 to a skill and an extra bonus as well (SA or % impact).
