i requested offers from cpu teams. i didnt look at it closely because i dont care honestly. hes not needed until day 280 at the earliest.

That part I get, it's the part where that team sent it that I don't get. Ken must be right, it must have been a team that was the right level when you requested it that got moved for some reason. Anyway, I guess the "Enforced Age Caps" are slightly mislabeled.

i only realized something was off when he got equipment...
+2 strength, +1 throwing, Pass distance +10%
i thought that it was weird being a rookie pulling gear that good... than saw he was in pro.
