Then PK and Roc will have to quit farting around.
Maybe that's the trick. The WL regulars will have to go regular and then the the reg pro stars will have to move up

On offense, there are 2 ways. Neither needs much of a guide.
Offense Option 1 - Use the GLB created presets (Wildcat, Big, Power, pass first, outside, west coast, etc). Wildcat is the only option if you are trying to use both a passing QB and rushing QB in the same game. The others all have some sort of focus to them that you can set up the preset on offense for either what you do best, or what you feel your opponents weak at on defense. The GLB presets also still allow you to use specialists like power backs, scat backs, blocking FB's for what they were intended.
Offense Option 2 - Use the general %s on the basic AI page. Set % by run/pass by formation, by target share between WR's, TE's and scats. You have almost 0 control here as to which dots are n the field for what type of play. That can be hard to overcome, but if a defense struggles defending certain plays out of certain formations, you can certainly increase the chances of running those plays bu using the basic AI.
Defense -
Option 1 - GLB Defense Presets (balanced, run focus, pass focus, tagged, etc.) - Tagged is the only one I will use semi-regularly. It really is the only viable option playing teams that run a wildcat offense with both a passing and rushing QB. I do find it helpful against teams that rush outside a lot as well. It really is the best option (when opponent is properly tagged to slow down pitches and sweeps which in general are very difficult to defend in Casual without a defensive play creator. The biggest drawback to Tagged as well as the other presets is that if you have a lead late in the game, the GLB preset defenses all forget what worked all game and will use far too much prevent which much like real life can prevent you from winning. You can have a 14 point lead and have shut the opponent down all game and all of a sudden you are playing 2 deep safeties way back and allowing back to back to back 20-30 yard completions with loose coverage.
Option 2 - again using the general basic AI. Unfortunately it isn't as simple as if I call a run defense and they use a run play I will be set up to stop it. There are a lot of variables that will go into defenses in casual. I have some notes, but not a complete guide. For instance, "pass defense" from the basic AI will typically be a cover 2 base with both safeties in a zone over the top. Settings for "deep" may lead to a cover 3 base. "Run defense" will typically be a cover 1 or cover 0 (depending on set up for short, medium, or long). The extra safeties will usually wind up "in the box" This can be good for inside rushes, but for outside rushes, many times those safeties in the box get caught up in traffic inside and don't have the support for sweeps and pitches. Unless I am expecting a lot of inside rushing, I very rarely use any form of run defense. One sweep play with the SS caught in traffic inside will lead to a long TD run. * The other thing that can be difficult to understand and deal with his that even if you put in your base defense in the %'s, GLB will still call it's own plays in certain game situations such as 3rd and long, if you call 100% short 100% zone, etc and you are facing a 3rd and long on defense, you can bet that some sort of man 2 man and a deeper setting will be chosen by the AI.
