Key phrase here. CPU dots I believe are taken from an average of the league? In any case they are an average of something minus a tad. If you are playing them with below average dots (bad builds, unboosted, no CEQ or AEQ, etc), you are going to struggle.

Not that I can remember. I am sure there have been close ones, but pretty sure we never lost. Can't really easily check though.
