Is there anywhere to get information on how player details and attributes effect your players skills? Is it trial and error or can we get the information from somewhere?

Yep thanks I saw that is the trial season for all newcomers or just for this current season? As I was looking for something that's built into the game that the dev's have put in to get started before paying for add-ons.

The skills have some descriptions attached to them, but the Devs made many of them vague on purpose.

I would say the most common mistake of new players is underrating conditioning and balance. Most positions want at least 60 conditioning and 50 balance.

Most players want a lot of Agility. Strength also tends to be overrated unless you are a OL/DL/kicker/Power HB.

Do you have any positions or skills in particular you have a question about? It'll be easier to help you that way.

Rule of thumb:

Conditioning is big for players who run a lot and long distances.

Toughness is big for guys in the trenches.

'tis a silly place, but an excellent resource.

My main source of builds is just directly PM people who are known to be credible sources on the position/style I'm trying to build. Admitedly something you can only do if you've been aroun the block a couple of times and have info on the community.

I'm 15 rings deep and I still have no idea how to build like 60% of these positions. Now that's defiantly not the norm, but I had always networked with a bunch of different agents to create a perfect storm for every roster I put together. (Every serious roster anyway). I never learned how to make Hybrid defense builds, I just copied Detroit. Never learned how to build DTs, I just asked Raid. I got my HB build from Ghanima, who got it from PH33P. Got me DE builds from Atlbruce, got my QB build from Ghanima too now that I think about it, The only builds I actually made myself are my TE/WRs.

I probably got builds from 7 different people in total when I was putting together my roster. So don't feel pressured to know how to make everything.
