In a way this isn't fair to those of us that like the number 0 and weren't given the option of double 0 and don't tell me 00 isn't a uniform number because I've seen it plenty at all levels (although likely High School more than most).

If my team easily scores on its first drive of the game against a tough team, I know we’re screwed. We ALWAYS end up losing 7-35 or 3-28 or something similar in that scenario. If we punt or have a turnover on our first drive, we usually put up a good fight the rest of the way.

Sounds irrational, but this logic has rarely failed me.

Took me until going through the forums to remember this one superstition I have (and it's proven to be a truth more than a superstition!). I hardly ever post anything 'good game' related unless I can do so without seeming to toot my own horn. The MINUTE I post anything that speaks about how good my team was, I can count on losing the next game (unless CPU). I mean... it's uncanny just how often it happens. So I keep the 'gg' to myself until maybe after season is over. Or I can tell another team they were really good and say nothing of my own. Nope... never brag. Bad juju.

I try to follow this as well, however we've won like 40 straight now so I can't post anything without it sounding bad.
