I built a HB during rollover last night, and the original build SPs are gone. They were applied, but they are nowhere to be found on the build, and aren't available to use.

Can support fix this issue, or do I need to just retire this player and start over? My problem with retiring and starting over is I will lose flex.

You get back 100% of creation cost so since your HBs are still Lvl 1 you can retire and not lose any flex

Also the best day(s) to build dots is been day 40 and 48 of the offseason

Yeah, I know. I just bought a peewee team to try out my AI, so I built a couple players for it. It was a spur of the moment thing.

Any dots that are Lv 1, I'd just retire.

Even the dots that are boosted, you'd still get 70% back, right? Not too bad of a hit.

To answer your original question, Digital Daggers handles Support issues and could probably help you... if you're willing to wait. He's the only person in Support right now, and GLB is clearly low-priority. All tickets get solved, but be ready to wait a couple of weeks.

Also, good reminder: don't do stuff with your players during rollover. Like, at all. Too many things can go wrong. If it's between 2am and 4am Eastern time, don't touch your dots. It's the only way to be 100% sure nothing will go wrong.
