Hey! I've been playing a few pickup games and I am getting hooked! I want to start making friends and learning more about how to set up skills for my player. I have not used my other free player slot yet, I want to make sure I'm not messing this one up first!

Welcome to GLB2. It's addictive! Feel like I've been playing for 10 years. Alot to learn about player builds. Tons of info in this forum. GL

Best thing to do is pick a position you feel you know the best, make a Free player and get them on a team (preferably actively human controlled).
But, keep testing player builds with the practice players because you can get them in multiple games per day. I like to pick one position (QB, HB, WR, etc.) and run them through the Rookie Tier until you feel you have a good grasp on what attributes are most important.
Also, there are many players at the higher levels who have open builds. Go to the Vet leagues and look at good players to see what points they added to which attributes. This might be the best way to learn.
Plus, the other agents are here to help so feel free to ask questions.
