Hang in there! It gets better when you reach Pro.
If you need some help with tactics until then, I can jump in. I already have 2 dots on the team. While there are really only 2 contenders at that age, it will be a nice rivalry when both get to pro with other good teams already there.

I have seen nothing since joining his team to suggest otherwise. I definitely expect this team to stick it out for pro and kind of why I offered my help.
