Except a player falling down doesn't get downed instantly, the tackle from SS is still engaged.

I've had the music and sound toggled off for so many years I had forgotten they even existed.

That is one of the best parts of the game!

Coincidentally, I've really been seeing a lot more of players just falling over since the initial post. Even Mr. Reliable can't help this guy:

It seems like something was done to Balance in game.

That particular play seems to be due to the weather and build. The cpu has speedster so I'd assume he has more speed than normal.

Balance on receptions got nerfed

Mr. Reliable also only helps balance when behind the LoS.
