Could we get it toned down a bit? Help prevent 60 carry backs than still have a ton of energy left as well as it will allow us to wear down defenders and make depth count

You gotta remember, those backs with a ton of energy at the end of the game are investing a ton in conditioning...usually around 100. And also toughness. That is a lot of SPs.
Maybe the defense isn't build correctly to tire/wear down the HB? How many people actually invest in intimidation? You want to tire out the HB...then build high intimidation players.

I’ve had the power hitting int defense not work. My point is no running back can run 60 times and be fresh no matter what. I always put int in my builds. But the defenses should also wear down from getting beat on

Right...and the best way to wear down a defense or offense is to invest in intimidation. Has any team been built around intimidation plus pancakes/rev cakes?

I’d have to check my rookie neb team but I’m pretty sure I’ve been investing in that even at rookie

moreso beacuse any back who runs 60 times in a game is just flat tired no matter how tough he is

I actually agree with Vipermaw on this - its a bit goofy.
That said teams are also organized around it - I'd highly recommend if you are going to do something for this to advertise it at least a season in advance.
Quite frankly though - it should be companioned with something on QB energy which is off (they bleed energy while not moving even after a throw).
Plus O-line that would be helpful the side to side swim movement rates get exacerbated by the overall inconsistent conditioning and quite frankly for a 330 pound LT pass blocking a 240 lbs LB isn't really a huge toughness or conditioning hit.
In other words just put out "hey we are re-looking conditioning across the board along with the in-game breath" and we will make changes on it next season that'll create some interesting changes that bring some more like like accuracy to it.

Hell, QBs lose 7 and sometimes more energy just snapping the ball on running plays.

On Offense or Defense?
I would think plenty have over 55 seasons.
My 3 S* DTs have high Intimidation (80-85). I think it works on D-Line better than O-Line because it seems like you need to win the roll for Intim to fire. This is completely a guess of course.
So D-Line win more rolls making Intim worthwhile, while O-Line lose more rolls (overall) making Intim less valuable. All this is a guess.
I had high Intim on my O-Line but respec'd it out for better skill values.
