there is a reason the 2nd piece of % was cut in half, the 3rd but by 75%, etc.
it is that william_alloy (I think that was the user name) stacked 3 pieces of AE and had +75%HB, MT, etc. and won 3 straight WL titles
it is that overpowered
it won't save a bad build; it needs to be part of an elite build
