Depends on your definition of Stack.
Stack as in work together, then yes it stacks.
Stack as in count towards the 75% rule, then no.
You won't get a better answer. No one knows for sure. Not even Bort at this point. That post was from 8+ years ago.
#1 Is it working as intended?
#2 Will it make a noticable difference even if it is?
Remember how much noise there is in the equation. Speed at the exact moment of impact, weight difference, angle of attack,
You take all that stuff, plus your attributes plus your SAs, and then you modify it by your VAs.
Then the defense has to do the exact same thing.
Then there's RNG.
It's the sort of thing you'd have to data mine to get a conclusive answer, over a large enough data set.
Who knows maybe you have the kind of dot where an extra 30% multiplier will get you over the hump. Your dot could suck so bad that it won't make a difference. Your dot could be so good that it won't make a difference. You'd have to have a mediocre dot at the point where multiplying by 1.3 gets you a big enough difference to go from tackled to not tackled. Tackled to still tackled means nothing. Not tackled to still not tackled means nothing.
How mediocre is the dot in question?
