What would be the point of a having a NatPro team and not caring? I understand that some don't care to compete along the long climb up, but at NatPro? Isn't the goal to win at NatPro so that you can advance to WL? Not caring would seem to have been quite a waste of time (& flex) on the way up. Unless of course you already have a WL team (or two, or three ) and just plan on moving dots to that team, but not the case for 4th Street I don't believe.

At least that was my thinking when I didn't rank Tampa high at this point (who knows what Ryan plans to do with another top notch team, we will soon find out), but I did give 4th Street the benefit of the doubt that he will be trying.

If Nexill cares, then they will win the NAPL and I have never seen Ryan not try so they are top 10....easy!

I think generally all the teams that are hitting plateau this season are underrated, but that is why this is a preseason ranking.. 4th Street, Comets, Odyssey, Palookas, I'm sure I'm missing some.

I haven't looked at a lot of rosters, but I did look at Tampa Bay after this and the previous post on them. Is a team that mostly has a roster of 240s and 480s really a top 10 team in today's Nat Pro leagues?

Id have to say yes for one reason. Alot of the newer "fresh" or whatever teams have yet to meet a fully fledged PROVEN co-ord (O or D and fekk it all NOT BOTH !!!!) Im not saying they/we arent good enough or wont be but you have to get ya butt kicked sometimes just to stand up !!! I think another season or two and it might not be as big a gulf However it plays out will be fun (for the most part !)

I haven't been in Pro for a while, so I am hoping it will be a fun season.

I plan to put some effort into tournament games this season to make things a bit more interesting, which means we will probably be eliminated in round 1.

For what friendlies are worth, we beat Tampa Bay by like 121 points and the Hawaiian Kings only by 37, which would indicate to me that Tampa Bay probably isn't one of the 10 best in Pro at this current juncture. It seemed like they had a bunch of 240 day players when we played them and if that's the case I would expect its next season when they will move into the top 10. Maybe things will play out differently though.

I'm definitely still keeping watch on the Pro Leagues and it looks like it will be another great season. I have my predictions for who will be coming up to join us in World League next season, but I'm not saying yet, because its early and if I change my mind I want to be able to pretend i knew it all along lol

worth nothing, zero cares for preseason!

...and I thought you've been in WL, how many teams do you have?

EDIT: Ranked scrimmage against a team with lvl 68 players in the roster! well done!!!

Well built 480's rock Pro, it is the 240's that will be the challenge. However, they will be L72 in the playoffs so that could play out to be a potion for getting Gold; Plus they have a WL-MVP, Bort Bowl winning QB running the O...
