They said a dual threat QB couldn't succeed at the highest levels. They said it was a waste of time even to try, and ridiculed those who did. They said it was impossible for one player to be good passing and running- that no team led by such a player could ever be elite, that no player could possibly win 5 MVPs in the most elite Leauges of their age tier, leading NA Pro in passing and rushing multiple times, part of a successful, winning team headed to the top tier of them all.

They musta forgot about Tif da Cat

They also say that Pro leagues are a CPU wasteland and is better to wait after a season in WL to see what is possible and what is not. They say a lot of things these days....

I guess haterism is a moving bar, lol. No matter what you do, if you're true to yourself, people will say it's wrong. You just can't listen to the haters

A couple years ago I remember there being quite a few CPU and gutted teams in NA Pro, but since we've been up this time around, I haven't seen any of that at all. Maybe some of the other Pro leagues have that, but not at all that I've seen in NA Pro. Amongst FFG, Alabama, Jersey and Austin any of those teams was worthy for WL promotion and has beaten WL teams in the past. So perhaps there are some Pro leagues that are ~barren wastelands~ but certainly not NA Pro. In fact, its obvious that the competition in NA Pro is literally higher than its ever been. There's been 87 seasons of GLB for players to learn from and frankly only the agents who cared enough to learn are still playing GLB. This is fairly apparent, and anything else just sounds like sour grapes.

I agree with the OP. That QB was a MONSTER to stop all the way up. And again, in the playoffs this season. I think if he wants to brag, he needs to show the build though. Just my two cents. (hahaha)

This, but even WL isn't what it used to be.

The majority of teams that get promoted to WL do not stick.

WL may not be what it used to be, but it is still a very big step up from Pro.

I too would love to see the build, even though the rap in the profile is one of the most Sus things I have ever read.

I don't care how good the build is, without the OC to make it work best it's just another QB.

I'm sorry if this came off as I was insulting anyone; it wasn't my intent. It was supposed to be inspirational, but whatever. My point is, our whole team is made up of independent agents, plenty of our players have 'unique' builds, and I think a lot of people would have thought none of that could work either, but it can obviously. We went through the toughest leagues all the way up and I am sure anyone in our age tier will tell you that it was as competitive as it gets and we never ducked anyone- we always embraced the toughest competition and sometimes we even came out as the champion of it. If a team can play in nothing but the most elite leagues all the way up and always win and then make it to World League, that is a success. There's no way around that. I'm not predicting what will happen next but I know that it was worthwhile and successful. Now were all rookies again, those of us who are getting to WL for the first time, and that's exciting because its more to learn, and if you're not always learning you're falling behind

I'd agree but I don't want to ring my own bell and I screw up all the time anyhow, but it takes way more than just an OC, it takes a team.We are so lucky to have so many agents join with us who make guys who are hard to cover (although my Smash E is the most uncoverable lol) -i mean damn hard to cover 1 on 1, and all my scheming is useless if we don't have guys who can take advantage and win some 1 on 1s -and agents who have made guys who block as well as can be done. Without that, you can't do anything on offense. We even have a passing specialist QB who is equally vital to our success. If you don't have a team, it matters not a bit how great the QBs are. I feel like having a mobile QB gives us an advantage having a run blocking offensive line it can give us that extra time to get the ball to the target. Its just a different flavor though. My whole point really is that if the players are built well, there's a system that they can excel in, even if its slightly unconventional

Yes, always like to see new teams in the WL. The same teams coming back up every other Season gets old quick!
