Unless it's majorly urgent I give 7 days before submitting a second ticket. Only difference might be season ending requests. At that time, knowing DD is likely a one-man-show at getting everything done and is inundated with season ending stuff, I give an earlier PM and give a longer response time.
It's truly a testament to...something...the amount of bullshit that we all seem mostly willing to put up with to keep playing this game. I mean, I have a support ticket that's 6 days old, and I feel like it's still in its juvenile stage! With any luck, maybe there will be a burst of admin activity or something, and all the pending shit will be taken care of together.
