Warrior General Games

So I tried to be intuitive in my build but it's failed pretty horribly. I didn't play the game for a long time and only started a few months ago so something drastically changed in that time in regards to qb performance. I throw ints far more than TDs and make many bad throws per game. The build has been a total failure and changing tactics never really seems to make a difference.

Any advice is appreciated.
