From the description, I would think it would work on a WR, TE, HB or FB.
However, this is GLB, so logic and rationality can be declared null and void at any time for any reason, so probably best to look for a Q&A quote from Bort or Catch.

It does work on any receiver. When you go to add an extra SA the description doesn't mention TEs specifically -
