Oh it's been going downhill well well before this off-season......it's pretty rough on the FA market. 480s bout the best you can usually do.

All I know is that I can’t recall hitting day -8 with fewer than 55 dots. Maybe my sales pitch is getting rusty.

Many many seasons ago, I actually considered myself a pretty good GLB recruiter. Got plenty of top dots to join the Chiefs each off-season as I tried to upgrade each season. Even a few that had sworn off casual. I am confident I delivered on any recruiting promises I made.

.....but it was exhausting and got more and more difficult each off-season. I used to shop for upgrades each off season, but I don't even try now. We build our farm dots, and those are who we roll with.

Yep its tough...

Now I end up building half of the Dot's for the teams I run just because recruiting is so tough...

I also noticed Casual has less league's...

Close to being 1 league per level all the way to CasPro...

Writing on the Wall for the end of GLB????

for my last few teams I have roughly 8 agents and myself filling out a team every few seasons. Now we are just going to build our own farm teams too.

Recruiting is a pain, especially for casual and I hate bringing in people I don't know because they either go inactive or butcher their build.

congrats to anyone who can recruit a decent roster anymore. recruiting was my favourite part of the game. nothing more exciting than getting the bigger names to join your team.

I've noticed the amount of Casual leagues shrinking over a few seasons but this season looks really bad

Stadium- La Fossa (As I'm an under-educated American I thought it had to do with the lion king.
S86 - 13-3 in Cas Pros slipping up in the Silver game to the reigning Champs!
Jim's take - If they can avoid or beat the Chiefs Gold is within reach.

2 Charlestown Chiefs
Stadium - War Memorial Stadium (Feels wrong making a joke about this one but "Wars not make one great"
S86 - 14-2 in Cas Pro, After a bumpy start (3-2) the Chiefs force the rest of us onto the trail of tears and took the gold!
Jim's take - Can anyone end this team's domination of casual pro? I wouldn't bet on it.

3 Green Bay Maulers
Stadium - Maulers Stadium (OK finally! Just in case some of your fans can't read make sure to include a team logo so they can find the place. We don't want them to wander into someone else's stadium.
S86 - 4-12 in Cas Pro, After a rough season where they kept most games close they missed the playoffs but are back.
Jim's take = With a little luck they could make the playoffs but I don't see them going deep in them.

4 Ethiopian Camel Snackers
Stadium = Snacker Stadium ( This helps the fans remember who they are rooting?)
S85 6-10 in Cas Pro they improved from last season but still missed the playoffs.
Jim's take = If they can take another step forward they have a good shot at the playoffs.

5 Werther’s Original
Stadium = Werther's Original Stadium (This one makes some sense if you're trying to sell more candy, right?)
S85 8-8 in Cas Pro 1 They beat the Chiefs in the regular season and lost 15-3 to them in the 1st round.
Jim's take - They outperformed my expectations last season. we will see if they can build on it.

6 Grand Rapids River Rats
Stadium - Better with Cheddar Stadium (Rats do love cheese but let's hope your team won't melt under the big lights!
S86 - 15-1 in Reg Pro 1, lost in the silver game.
Jim's take - They have a full roster but may struggling to crack the playoffs in the mighty west.

East
1 Sofia Silver Spiders
Stadium - The Web (OK it's cool but that sticky shit gets all over you.
S86 = 8-8 in Cas Pro, After a disappointing 8-8 season they fought their way back into the championship game just to fall just short again.
Jim's take = They have as good a chance as anyone of unseating the champs.

2 Tlingit Warriors
Stadium - Hoonah Alaska Field (Never fear, we have extra seaplanes and ferry service on game days, Oh and we run all the bears away.
S86 - 12-4 in Reg Pro, We lost in the 1st round and did not expect to be up here. LOL
Jim's take We will game plan and set tactics for every game to see if we can't win a game or 2.

3 Bier Markt
Stadium - Free Beer! ( OK this is some Bullshit! The Beer is not really free!
S86 7-9 in Cas Pro They made the playoffs but lost in the 1st round.
Jim's take they followed an 8-8 season by going 7-9. I still think they are a good team but they need to get going in the other direction.

4 Trick Pony
Stadium - William Wallace Stadium ( I heard the fans are not allowed to wear underwear?
S86 - 6-10 in Cas Pro, almost a carbon copy of S85 but they made the playoffs.
Jim's take - Just like the last season if they can just win a few more of the close ones they could be in the hunt.

5 Magua's Revenge
Stadium - Grey Hair Stadium ( Sounds like a personal problem? Just for men can help.)
S85 - 11-5 in Cas Pro They took a bit of a step back in their sophomore season.
Jim's take I think we will be in the mix again!

6 Granite Peak Grizzlies
Stadium - Apex Predator Field (I heard most of the Grizzly fans think Apex is a game system. LOL)
S86 - 12-4 in Cas Pro, They moved over here to the east after getting bumped out in the 1st round by the Chiefs.
Jim's take - The Grizzlies could compete for the top seed in the East.

I always appreciate a good write up! Mostly because I'm not good at it, but Granite Peak changed their stadium name after last seasons roasting of the stadium names

I know it's still a little lame, but it was all I could come up with at the time.

I think us crazies will still keep Cas Pro Going but yeah i can easily see it being 1 league each level, it's just going to be us and our farms
