Top Dogs
Comets – the Comet defense gave up 4 TDs all season long. Two of them came in the playoffs, one of which was the difference as the Palookas took the title from them. After 30 some preseason tuneups, appears the defense is still their calling card. So the over/under is set: 2.5 TDs allowed in the regular season.

Palookas – they regained their defending champ status and until something changes, the oddsmakers favor another Comets/Palookas run to the finish. You know what these guys bring to the table, will it play all the way to the top?

The WLE Chasers
STALINGRAD/Odyssey/Insanity/Chaos – Yeah, I am just going to lump them all together at this point. They ain’t going away, but can any take the leap from good to great? They have the resources, and obviously have the attention of many around here. The lights too bright or do they have a clue?

Been there, done that
WAR HAMMER – The loonzilla crew has been known to talk the talk and back it up. But is this tank half full or half empty? It may take some creative financing for them to hang in there long range. They will let us know.

Gofers – These guys are just grizzled old vets at this point. When needed, they have shown they can get it done. Similar to HAMMER, does dancingd have the deep pockets to keep these boys together?

4th Street – Every season the warning is out there – these guys know what they are doing but have zero cares about what has been going on for the last 10 months. With the Pros on the horizon, is this the season they begin to flex? Naw, still hibernating.

Ho Chi Mean – Welcome back Pre-Schoolers! They have bounced their way between League1 and League2 all the way up the ladder. Time is ticking for them to stick. Will they just feed the Hot Mamas or will these guys get promoted to kindergarten?

And these
Trolls – May be the most famous (or infamous) WLE team around. Their story is well known at this point, but there are some dots here that will be a part of this group of teams in the Pros. Just not sure they will be Trolls. Good enough to make the playoffs? Doubtful but the Gofers may want to take a peek behind them.

Sunami – Guess every league needs one just to test out those CPU dots. A 2-2 preseason shows that they can’t be totally ignored. But they will go winless.

Odyssey roster is improved this season, for a start we plan to leap over Insanity and get that second seed and home playoff game. Is that possible? Will see in few weeks from now...

Stalin will be top WLE team. Sorry to my four sisters but big bro is making the leap.

Honestly? KC and Stalingrad are the teams I fear the most. Just gonna say it.

Also, Sunami will not go winless. Nobody should lose to them, but somebody will. Callin' it right now.

It's good to see the activity here.
Soon I plan to dust off some AIs and get off basic tactics and maybe even set the depth charts and give you guys a little competition.
The Pre-Schoolers are the first players built with a slow build method I haven't seen used before. They are currently at level 57 with a team average player value effective level of 75 (highest in their age group). They will reach level 79. The Maidens (2 seasons behind them) will be even a bit stronger.
Soon Girl Power will return to GLB.
