My goal is to create a thread for each position in this tab so we can share and compare builds. I will start with my S* Elusive HB build. Before I post my build with some comments I want to give Raid credit for sharing his HB build knowledge with me. I combined our knowledge to create this build...

I’ll drop C Murder’s build in here. I’ve been pleased with his performance.

Conditioning a little low? I like my S* HBs to have at least 90 conditioning...preferably 99.

I’ve never seen high power running and elusiveness on the same HB. Does it work? I thought power running effectiveness doesn’t kick in until about 80+ and you need power through.

Evades the first tackle, then drags the second tackler 10 yards. Seems like it works

There's no way I'd use Cap Boosts on Carry Awareness and Balance when Conditioning maxxes at 70.

You need 95+ Conditioning.

I said need.

It's not optional.

You can break tackles starting around 60 power, it's more regular at 65-75 but it's doable especially on a mobile back. Some key pointers to going balanced, which he's pretty well nailed, are that you need higher balance than either break tackle skill and a really high awareness so the back doesn't get confused and slow down. I also prefer the skills to be at least 15 apart so the back will more heavily rely on one as a primary and use the other for situations he can't utilize the primary, but there if awareness is high enough and balance is up there you don't necessarily need that gap. For lower or average rushing awareness players though, you need that gap - or to just focus one or the other entirely.
