In these tactics I had 100% medium pass for anything 3+ yards on 3rd down and they're running on 3rd and 7. Why? And this has happened a few times now.

Exactly what rch3 just said. Your 3 min offense or even your end of half offense. Those have major impacts that are different from standard tactics. It took me a decent amount of time to realize that and fix it. Hell I think I still have to adjust from time to time to fit my team better.

I think it has to equal 100 or it will make it even number all the way across. So make sure to set it yourself.

You can set 3mins off to 0. not sure what it will call if you do

I explained that already for you. You can set anything to all 0. If you do, the system will automatically adjust everything to equal the same all the way across. So then you will have the exact same chance of throwing a short medium long pass and the different run types. It says that somewhere I know.
