Build looks acceptable, you just might be in a lull. You probably just need your VAs to round out.
On a serious note, that's still amazing.
Looks like you're taking a 70% ish penalty to attributes. If it was me, I'd just be normal training Speed and dumping all BTs to SPs in Speed. Shoot for like 300. Or at least search for the upper limit.

The best time to retire this dot would have been many years ago. The second best time would be now.

All secondary attys to 100 was the recently completed goal. Because...3 digit numbers look cool. Now deciding between raising all other attys to 100, or just pump primary attys forever. Leaning towards the first, because...you know...3 digit numbers look cool, and you never know when he may get called on as the emergency QB. He's already been called on for kicking & punting & receiving duties in the past.
By my calculations, Speed to 300 would take about umpteen thousand years, give of take a plethora.
