I normally wouldnt post here, but I have submitted 2 separate Support tickets dating back to October and still havent received a reply or any action. I get it is the holiday season and perhaps Covid could slow things down, but I mean c'mon man.

Alot of people pay good money to play this game, support communication should be better.
