The plays in the AI can only choose plays in the playbook that is selected. An exception can be made through use of packages that are already created. Otherwise, no impact.

Casual or regular, because while Dr.E's statement covers Regular leagues, Casual it a little different in how you set the AI to work with the playbook. In regular leagues you make packages and choose the plays you want inside of them... then you select from those created packages when making up your AI. In Casual you can only select 'Formations' and give them %'s on how often they're supposed to run. I'm not sure but I think, if you create your own 'playbook' then you can choose to run plays from that playbook when choosing the formation %'s in the Casual AI which would further limit what plays are used. But you would need someone with more Casual OC experience than me to confirm that.
