are you using your multi account cause I don't think it will let you agree to verify your r-mail account using a multi account.

Are they using a mobile device or a PC?
Have they tried linking to their facebook account?

Apple tablet, Firefox mobile. But he’s tried on different platforms, iPhone and windows desktop, no good. Could be his multi, maybe there’s something to that?

No multi, when I 1st tried to access forums I had to agree and I did. Then it said I need to verify so I clicked on the link to verify e-mail. Once I got the e-mail I clicked on that link which took me to the same page as when I tried to access forums the 1st time only now the option to agree isn't there, but I have access to the forums so idk.

For whoever's having issues saving settings, click in your URL bar- does it say you're on http://glb.warriorgeneral.yadayadayada or https://glb.warriorgeneral.yadayadayada

Never mind, just tested a bit. It used to be an issue where you could still use this site without SSL but looks like they fixed it, had that still been around it could explain why some submission pages would break
