Are you serious....is this a joke ? I didn't think power running had went away. It still does about what it did in the past as I remember. It's a nightmare to defend up until about mid season. Afterwards there aren't nearly as many missed tackles going against human run defenses. I'd like to see how wishbone plays would pan out. Just off the top of my head I think they'd be easy to defend since the strength of the wishbone is deception but here of course there wouldn't be any reads involved. You'd more than likely have to have a stacked OLine to blow people off the ball to have any real success

Yeah the Dragoons were good but not good enough to beat the heavy hitters that were in Gold at that time. DCs were prime back then. Jackson5555 Gerr Awsalick and whoever the Crackertown DC was just to name a few were just too good to move the ball on consistently with only passes. There was also a team called Horse Shoes of Steel that relied on a pass heavy offense that did about as well as the Dragoons with the difference being HOS didn't run anything but the Spread offense. The entire 4 wide playbook but again they struggled after making it to Gold

thank you sir, you are too kind. too tired right now to go and see how i misinterpreted your comment but i'll say we went 50 / 50 and leave it at that. i drifted off to sleep twice trying to prepare for eagle fang so i'll have my fingers crossed tomorrow and hope not to be on the back end of another blowout loss. i'm calling it a night. peace
