How much flex does it cost to build a 55man roster up to level 79 with and without CEQ

So, for a dot in one of your Free Player Slots, the cost is just 1,100 for the CEQ, since the boosts are free.

100-cost dot totals up to 4,200.

200-cost dot totals up to 7,300.

300-cost dot totals up to 10,400.

Depends on roster construction but let's estimate
10 300 dots 104000
10 100 dots 42000
35 200 dots 262500

408400 or ~$1900

I can't believe how common it is for people to blow $2000 on this game. It's not even really that good.

People flip out that Madden costs $75 or whatever.

I buy large amounts during the black Friday sales so it doesn't cost quite as much. Still a lot though. You do get flex back when you retire dots so it's not like you are constantly buying flex. I justify spending money on this game by saying "at least it's not heroin, hookers, or crack".

Yea, 2k is a bit much for gaming IMHO. I spend about 500 a year in table top war games, although I can often barter painting in exchange for some miniatures.
