I feel like I get your point, but to be honest, I think it's quite the opposite. More people prefer regular leagues than casual(at least when it comes to recruiting)

I have dots in both leagues, I used to coordinate in both but now I only coordinate in casual. I prefer Casual, because it takes 2 minutes to game plan for both sides of the ball. I don't have the patience anymore to game plan in regular leagues.

I can give you a defense for regular you never have to scout or game plan for.

I don't think he wants to go 0-16 every season.

The d got one team into WL. Has won several gold and silver. That’s with zero scouting and game planning.

+1

There's no point in having an unusual build. There's no situational control.
Just do 2 or 3 pHBs and 4 or 5 Speedster WRs. Do basic rTEs and have a scat back or 2. Actually that doesn't sound a whole lot different than every WL team, now that I think about it.

because game planning in the regular leagues is like a job you're not getting paid for. The amount of work it takes in regular compared casual is huge. Not everyone has the time for it.

This is very true. However, once a team has a good AI set-up, it doesn't take much time in Regular to do game planning- but creating that AI is where the big time consumption is. Unless of course you are trying to reinvent the wheel every week, which could take unlimited time.

With casual sex, most times it's with a new and exciting partner. Regular sex is mostly with the wife.

Damn, no lies were detected.

As a truck driver its hard to find the time to gameplan all the time. Although if it changed to all regular I would still play.

With the GLB presets able to be used in Casual, even this is not true anymore - certainly not on offense. On defense I would agree utilizing specialty defensive dots is more difficult. There really is no way in Casual to specifically use a blitzing LB or CB. Even using a traditional run stuffing LB in Casual is a bad idea as at some point that dot will have to cover someone that it would be too slow for.

On offense, the only issue I have is using a rushing QB. And that is because there is only 1 preset that uses it (and it's not a very good preset). I think I use every other offense preset in GLB depending on my opponent, and I have 0 issues getting the blockers in when needed and the receivers in when needed. Power backs when I want them, scat back when I want them. No issues at all doing this in Casual for me.

It's all about how you set the depth chart up on the defense. There is a different way for the heavy run teams than there is for the pass heavy or balanced teams. But outside of that, you're correct. Blitzing LBs/CBs/S are pretty useless as you can't control who blitzes and who doesn't. True HH LBs are alright, but will be exposed quickly when forced into coverage (regardless to the depth chart set up).
