Nm, I figured this out as I was composing it. FS triggers and for .8 sec his balance cannot be lowered. Then the SC would kick in, because he would be winning the pass-blocking interaction, so then he's at -8 Balance. I was wondering if they would conflict, or how they would work together, but I think I figured it out; right? Right?

Still does not look as powerful as first step combined with spin cycle, but has the added bonus of downing morale a bit I guess.

What is his snap reaction and PRT at out of curiosity? Also are we looking at gold SAs for first strike and spin cycle?

SR 66; PRT 56. Both FS and SC are gold.

Nice. I mean, I would not sweat the -8 balance from spin cycle either way but I am not sure that spin cycle is going off within 0.8 seconds either. Even then, spin cycle reads as losing balance for 1 second after. Is it 1 second after completing the spin or 1 second after the firing time.

If there was a conflict, I would imagine that First Strike would prevent the balance loss. I just do not see that all going down in .8 seconds though to even be able to hypothesize what would be happening.
