Three days ago, I put in a fairly simple ticket. Zero response so far. Is there any other way to get the attention of the devs/admins?

Give DD time. He's pretty much all that's left and end of season always creates a backlog of support tickets. Start to worry about day 47 then you might try a desperate personal PM to DD. (Digital Daggers)

Support is one guy. Named Dave. Dave Dudley. He drinks a lot, and therefore sleeps a lot, and takes full advantage of the Company's "sick day" policy.

He was a good guy. Back before the incident. Just have a little patience, and it'll get resolved.

I've learned to budget in an expected response time of about 7 days for Support tickets, for the reasons given above by other posters. The "Support Team" at this point is one guy: Digital Daggers. He does eventually get to every ticket, and there have been times he's responded to my ticket within a day or two, but there have been other times when he's taken longer. Whenever possible, if you know you're going to need to file a Support ticket at some point, don't wait: file it right away. And if something unexpected pops up and requires a surprise Support ticket, be prepared to wait up to a week for a response. If you can't wait a week, try to figure out a work-around and just hope DD gets to it sooner.

He definitely seems to "triage" Support tickets, so if it's something time-sensitive but can wait a few days, he'll probably set it aside and work on tickets that are more pressing, and then he'll get to yours when its deadline is a bit closer.

...

By the way, I'm not saying any of this is good customer service or ideal. It's not. But it is what it is. The only way they can have faster response times on Support tickets is to hire more people, and that costs money. I'd be very surprised if they have the budget for that. And here we are.

EDIT: By the way, what was your ticket about? Maybe we can help you figure out a work-around in the meantime.

Thanks for the info Novus. Just trying to get my team moved into a more active Rookie League. When I bought it, none of the other CPU teams were up for sale in the league, now they are. The workaround would be to cut everyone from my team, buy one of those team, then resign everyone, reset the depth chart, etc. And honestly I'm just not up for that. If it doesn't work out this season it's not the end of the world, but still, it would be nice. It's been four days now.

Well, DD has time since it's still Day 46, but he's cutting things a bit close.

I think there's a spot where you can add follow-up info to a Support ticket. Might not hurt to throw a reminder note in there to re-flag your Support ticket.

EDIT: If you do decide to sell one team and buy another, BUY THE SECOND TEAM FIRST. If you sell the team first, you'll be frozen out of buying a new team temporarily. Always buy team 2 BEFORE you sell team 1.

That's what I did just now Novus (add to the ticket, hoping to reflag). I'm pretty set on not swapping teams like that, worst comes to worst, going 255-0 every game will increase my team support through the roof and set me up pretty well financially going forward. May be better than watching 20 speed dots all season long lol.

So if Digital Daggers is Dave does that make him 3-D?
