Welcome to the field of death.

To be fair, it feels like the league is weaker this season. Losing SPACE HAMMER and A-Cuisine has dampened the competition. Never the less, will be some solid match-ups.

I'm sure Minnesota is happy to be in the Alpha Conference with Stillwater. They get two more cracks at revenge this season. Not sure what HAMMER TIME brings to the table.

FFG is still the team to beat.

Pwned's TOP 5 Projections

#1 - Felicus Feline Generals - Defending Elite League Champ
#2 - Stillwater Hawks - 2nd Place in Elite League and League Tourny in S81
#3 - Minnesota Reapers - Hard out for anyone, has played every top team in this group tough.
#4 - Dogs of War - Builds are starting to come around, 7x WL Championship owner.
#5 - Hammer Time - The only other S81 Champion in the league.

Hard to disagree with but #4 = 8 WL Titles now .....

You're assessments look about right to me... but i have some open questions for both Conferences.
Zeta:
1. Will Dogs continue the progress they made in the 2nd half of last season? 2. Can the Mets get back to the form that took them to the title game just 2 seasons ago? 3. Can FFG maintain their form of the last 2 seasons, and if so, can anyone stop them from making it 3 in a row? 4. Why is the rest of the Conference so bad? Alpha will have a much more difficult path week in/week out
Alpha:
!. Who can survive this slaughterfest? 2. Can Stillwater get back to the promised land? They seem strong as ever but the conference is a beast. 3. Will we see the dominating Space Hammers of the first half of last season, or the team who had some struggles late? Which Space Hammer will show up? 4. Can either Minnesota or the Sporca get over the hump? They've been right on the cusp of the best of elite. 5. What can we expect from Hammer Time, the newest entry into elite?

its too bad the cuisine opted out. I'm not sure why they did that- they seemed poised to have many successful seasons. Hopefully everyone else is in it to win it until the fat lady sings all the way at the end and we'll see who can win NAPL to make WL!

Hey guys, glad to be back. Looks like zeta conference comes out roses, at least 1 competitive team will miss the playoffs in Alpha guaranteed, and The 1 seed in Zeta gets a bye straight to the Conference championship with only 3 real teams

Sent Support a ticket.

We have 8 competitive teams at this age, no reason to slot them 5:3 in conferences. They moved us to Zeta so now it’s 4:4 and playoffs should actually be competitive games in every round, or at least as competitive as possible since non of the empty CPU filled teams should get in.

Hahaha at least we’ve beat Stillwater once, we are 0 for against FFG. Just wanted to see us all get a shot at playoffs since there are 8 viable teams and 8 slots

Asked if we could go league #2 and they said no....so guess we have to play Stillwater, FFG, Sporca, Both Hanmers, and DoW

League #2 Championships haven't mattered in 50 seasons. You are better off here.
