Do we have a concrete answer on what the tiebreakers for playoff seeding are? Down through like the 3rd, 4th levels? And if not can we get that info?

It sorts the entire league by the following credentials.

Wins
Losses
Ties
Head-to-head wins (among teams with common records)
Points against (among teams with common records and equal numbers of head-to-head wins)
Points for (among teams with common records and equal numbers of head-to-head wins and equal points for)

The first Alpha team in the array is the Alpha champion.
The first Beta team in the array is the Beta champion.
The first Gamma team in the array is the Gamma champion.

The first who is not a champion is the wild card.

What would influence Dallas and Miami being backwards in the Nimitz league standings? Miami swept the series 2-0 and they have identical records, so Miami should be in first place

Miami is 0-2 vs Sooners and Cowboys. Dallas is 2-0 against those teams. So both teams are 2-2 in the 9-4 team pool. At that point it turns to the better defense.

However, if Flint beats the Cowboys, then Miami will be in the playoffs.

With this strong of a league, it unfortunately happens. You all have a good team none the less.
