Actually no. According to my guide that's an iffy piece. I rarely accept a +1 skill even if it comes with a great bonus attached. The only way I take that piece is if Strength is >the< primary skill of the dot.... OR... it's the 4th piece and the other 3 AEQ pieces have +3 to the Primary on them. Then I'll take that hit.
