Percentage Gain from Training
Primary training allows a player to train one attribute. There are three options available to a player at a cost of 2 training points.

Intense = largest single attribute bonus +2 bonus tokens
Normal = medium training bonus (70.83% of Intense Training Value) +4 bonus tokens
Light = small training bonus (33.33% of Intense Training Value) +6 bonus tokens
Multi Train Two Attributes - 105% of Intense Training Value +4 bonus tokens
Multi Train Three Attributes - 120% of Intense Training Value +8 bonus tokens
Multi Train Four Attibutes - 130% of Intense Training Value +12 bonus tokens

When you enter Plateau, starting on Day 1, you'll have the option to trade in your leftover XP for various goodies:

1 Skill Point: 250 XPs - Terrible value. Yuck.
6 Bonus Tokens: 150 XPs - Even worse value. No.
2 Training Points: 65 XPs - Best value... because training will get you a training gain AND up to 6 BTs if you use it to Light-Train.

Whenever your XPs drop below 50, all remaining XP are automatically traded in for 2 Bonus Tokens.

If anyone has anything from the wiki that they ever care to look at that isn't on the above post please reply with a suggested addition and I'll add it. Not going to copy+paste the entire wiki since most of it is either outdated or redundant anyway. Just started with the things from the "popular pages" that seemed like they might be useful to have in front of you.
