Hi everybody! My name is Speedcat.. go by Speed, Speedy or hey you, or that asshole.
When I played from Season 2 until season 20ish, I used to do these write ups religiously for the African League, mainly on the way up from A, to AA and to AAA leagues. The APL were elitist pricks and my humor was far below their Grey Poupon tastes.
I make zero promises to one of these each week this season. I will try but unfortunately, as with Bort and this game, I'm just not quite as interested as I used to be.
I will promise that when I do post I will try and be entertaining... or obnoxious, whichever works.
It doesn't appear that Casual 3 has any weirdo team names this year so that's a blessing... and a curse really, makes for some easy write ups when you have one or two of those. All the CPU teams do make it a touch difficult as well but I digress...

Off In The Woods (0-0) vs. Linköping Vargar (0-0)
Really one of the only ones that has two human owners but that doesn't matter in S80 baby as everyone is barely alive, a multi, or has someone watching their dots for them... as I like to call it a Democrat Voter.
Woods vs Wolves, yeah that's right.. google translate Swedish ftw! Gotta root for Off in The Woods in this game just cause Sweden = IKEA = I gotta pay a premium and put this shit together myself = parts left over, doesn't look like the picture on the box so no, you put this shit together motherf*cker! Maybe I'm overthinking it.
Yes I am overthinking it... screw you IKEA but your damn delicious meatballs push me over the top! Go Vargar!
Hattgenstein Zombie Vols (CPU) (0-0) vs. Delaware Dragons (0-0)
So dead Germans singing rocky top against tiny state Dragons. Well, technically the 2nd smallest state since Rhode Island and all... but smallest that doesn't have Island in their name, whoo go First State!
Tyron401 was good to me and let me do a series of friendlies in the off season to help me figure out that my tactics were horribly wrong, (which I knew) and that its okay to love yourself. Those midnight chats really meant something to me Tyron. I'll.... I'll never forget them!
Going with the Dragons to win this one!
Taco Tuesday (0-0) vs. Massachusetts Monkey Mafia (CPU) (0-0)
I think its fortuitous that the season starts on a Tuesday but the RC3 first game isn't until Wednesday... making this a very simple choice. Slap on some mild sauce (cause really, monkeys don't do spicy) cause the CPU Triple M is gonna come in and eat that taco up like its a ripe banana, nom nom nom! All hail our future computer overlords, best CPU team in the league!
Rooster Boys (0-0) vs. Dumbledore Devil Dots (0-0)
Cock Boys vs the Devil Dots. Devil Dots is a great name, the Dumbledore part though... man, I mean, you are already playing a dot football game, like how nerdy do you really want to be?I am going to go out on a limb and say the Cocks go wild on the Devil Dots. CPU team switched to a player owned team for the win this week!
New Orleans Gators (0-0) vs. Las Vegas Outlaws (0-0)
Human owner walks in last minute and screws my entire write up. Thanks a lot kenshoot. You should know that the things you do have repercussions on others you selfish prick. Anyhoo... Battle of the cities of sins... New Orleans is a great place to party, you can walk down the street with a keg and the cops will laugh and wave. Las Vegas is, well, Vegas. You can walk down the street with your tally wacker in a keg and the cops will be like, "have a nice day, have one of these flyers for a prostitute".
I have been to Nola many times, actually have in law family down there... but that said I did get married in Vegas, however not by Elvis (which totally sucks as I was vetoed by the wife). Tough to choose this one based solely on names so I'm actually going to have to look at the dots, which sucks. Screw it, that's too much work. Vegas for the win!
America Freedom (0-0) vs. Mata-Utu Voodoo (0-0)
I'd like to predict an upset for the proud return of the former Oceania Pro League (ahem back when it mattered and was tough as hell to get there end ahem) Mata-Utu Voodoo but as my “How to Own a GLB Team for Dummies by TSE” hasn't come in from Amazon yet, thanks two week out shipping even with Prime! I'm betting my Voodoo are pretty screwed this week as I haven't done any tactics for like 60 seasons.
I do like how the Freedom are doing the AR-15 and MAGA hat promotional giveaway, I mean I personally go with free soda or nachos but each to their own. Freedom rings and pulls out a win!
Anyway a big giant Good Luck to everyone in RC3 this season from Speedy and the Voodoo crew!
