That's probably true. I used to think of WL as the 1% league. Mostly irrelevant to 99% of GLB players. That's not true anymore and I may need to reevaluate. Now it's at least 10%.
Edit: yeah just double checked. This is a banner year for new teams. 28 non CPU team in rookie, with 3 WL reset teams set to duke it out all the way up. I should probably not count the 5 or so 1 and done teams like brew, and kangaroos.
It's probably 20% of all rookie dots that will see WL, but then again, none of those dots will be patrolling the forums looking for build advice either.
