Anyone at or above 90 on speed?

Yea, I guarantee their are some people there.

I'd say probably not yet. Anyone far enough along in the game knows that having above or around 90 speed means sacrificing way too many other skills to be an effective player. I would be surprised if there were people at or around 78-82 though.

I've got a player at or above that range.

flames revealed his WR the other day and it had 87 speed and it was only level 18. I'm 100% sure at least one level 24+ WR is above 90.

Yes there is a WR that is at 92 and you should be able to guess who it is.
