Is it best to make tgem fresh lvl 1 start of year? Or is there a point mid/late season you can make a player and not get to strong for rookie league before playoffs?

I think its best from beginning but I have bought teams in middle of season before too just matters what u want to do u lose out on chemistry makin them later in the season tho
