I am running Firefox. I have Grease Monkey, Tamper Monkey and Violent Monkey currently running along with multiple versions of this script one each for Grease Monkey and Violent Monkey.

So I tried it in Chrome and the script worked with TamperMonkey. So I tried the same thing in Firefox with success. Then I enabled Grease Monkey, Tamper Monkey and Violent Monkey and the new script worked.

Does anyone have a working and updated version of the effective level script original poster mentioned? The ones I've found all seem bugged.

I downloaded Greasemonkey and Tampermonkey, but neither the monkey nor the Tampermonkey icon appear on my address tab on Firefox. Does anyone know why this might be the case? Could it be an adblocker or some other virus protection?

Is it disabled in the FF settings? I found that by clicking "disable" in the settings part of FF makes it dissapear & then clicking it again it reappears, if that makes sense. Also I am only running TamperMonkey now & have everything I need running with it, so no overlap / confusion as to which app runs which script. I think I have about 15 to 20 running.

They were both enabled in Firefox.
I also downloaded violentmonkey, but no change
I have disabled violentmonkey and greasemonkey and left tampermonkey enabled, but no change.

Do I need to have a Firefox account for these to run?

On the right side of the firefox toolbar there is three line, click on that then when the drop down box opens up click on customize, it will open up another menu see if the icons are there for tampermonkey, greasemonkey and violentmonkey if they are you can drag them up to the tool bar to show them.

I just checked by logging out from my account & restarting FF, TM still works.

Is the TM icon black color? I really don't have any other ideas, sorry!

Thanks, Blues. I had already looked at that page and added some more tools to the bar, but the various monkey icons weren't there. I wasn't sure if they were supposed to be on the screen, but from your post, I assume they should be.

The problem I have is the icons do not appear on Firefox for me.


Looks like I will need to do some more investigating.
